CCA -- in Action!

Within 90 days of the organizational meeting, CCA debuted its premier Alliance meeting in Chicago, August, 1998. This vibrant, progressive group of larger PHCC contractors specializing in Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Institutional fields is the newest of the PHCC Enhanced Service Groups. Industry powerhouses seeking to define and create the future of their industry join to share and to learn from each other.

CCA invites its members to 'Think out of the Box' and to explore concepts to better manage their businesses. Topics presented to date include; employee management and discussions of hot topics for profitability, insurance management, contract language, and job cost management.

Training is a key issue for CCA contractors. In order to begin receiving an immediate return on new hire productivity, CCA members have received a 15 week 'Boot Camp' curriculum. Additionally, CCA is working in concert with PHCC-NA to help develop modularized task training.

Members benefit from over 2000 collective years of contractor knowledge through the CCA ACCESS FAX. Through this service, members save time otherwise spent reinventing the wheel.

Two CCA Peer Groups have been formed with more to come.
